Description of the job

An internship as responsible for communication and training (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Toulouse Labège.

You will join the FX Management department which manages foreign currency ($,£...) contract by contract from the bidding phase up to the end of the contract. The scope corresponds to all the contracts in foreign currency of Airbus Defence and Space, with in parallel a desire to harmonize the ways of operating between the different divisions of the Airbus Group (Airbus Commercial Aircraft and Airbus Helicopters).

In order to increase awareness for all Airbus Defense and Space stakeholders to the risks and associated mitigation, you will elaborate the whole communication pack including presentations, booklet, training and web site.

You will also contribute to the training related to the deployment of a new Treasury tool.

This 6 months internship will start from April 2018 at the earliest (date subject to some flexibility).

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.

Tasks & accountabilities

You will support the communication of treasury and particularly the management of foreign currencies (FX) and your main tasks will be as follow:

·  Prepare communication pack about Foreign Echange activities
·  Develop training presentations about FX activities
·  Prepare outreach presentations with associated booklet
·  Enhance the existing web page of the department
·  Develop training presentations about the new tool PUR€-FX (management of FX in Airbus Defence and Space)

This will be an opportunity to be involved in the management of FX for all the entities of the Group and more broadly to finance issues. Your target will be to increase awareness of all the actors using foreign currencies.

Required skills

You have the following skills and experience:

·  You are in Bac+4, Bac+5 or MBA degree level (or equivalent) in the communication/marketing area and you have a specialisation / strong interest in Finance
·  You master the use of communication tools especially Powerpoint and Word
·  Soft skills : creativity, autonomy, good communication and rhetorical skills
·  Advanced level in English
·  German and/or Spanish would be a plus
