Description of the job

A vacancy for a Intercompany Accounts Expert has arisen within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) in Blagnac. You will join the Intercompany Accounting France Department within Finance.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Issuing and booking in SAP intercompany ingoing or outgoing invoices (AR or AP accounting),
·  Reconciling invoices each month end in the intercompany Tool,
·  Investigating any discrepancies observed during the month-end closing and outside month end closing,
·  Booking accruals and debtor preferences at month end,
·  Delivering intercompany financial reports for GL,
·  Cleaning accounts regularly,
·  Claiming invoices and Purchase order missing,
·  Answering questions, investigations from customers such as payments, invoices copies,
·  Answering auditors questions,
·  Applying intercompany golden rules and payments terms,
·  Applying intercompany Group calendar,
·  Delivering the ERM Dashboard documents.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  Educated a to a Master degree level (or equivalent) in Finance / Accounting, or a related discipline,
·  At least 3 years of experience in Finance,
·  Knowledge of SAP,
·  Rigor, Involvement, Professionalism,
·  Good communication skills and interpersonal skills,
·  Language Skills: Advanced level of English, Negotiation level of French. Spanish or German would be a plus.
