Description of the job

A vacancy for An Intercompany Accountant (m/f) has arisen within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) in Toulouse. You will join Intercompany Accounting France department.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Issuing and booking in SAP intercompany ingoing or outgoing invoices (AR or AP accounting),
·  Reconciling invoices each month end in the intercompany Tool,
·  Investigating any discrepancies observed during the month-end closing and outside month end closing,
·  Booking accruals and debtor preferences at month end,
·  Applying intercompany golden rules, payments terms and Group calendar,
·  Delivering ERM (Risk Management) activities and reports,
·  Delivering intercompany financial reports for GL,
·  Claiming invoices and Purchase order missing,
·  Answering questions, investigations from customers such as payments, invoices copies,
·  Answering auditor’s questions,
·  Cleaning accounts regularly,
·  Ensuring smooth and good relationship with other departments (General Ledger, reconciliation...).

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in accounting or a related discipline,
·  Previous accounting experience,
·  Pack office and SAP skills,
·  Stakeholder management,
·  Team player,
·  Communication skills
·  Proactive,
·  customer oriented,
·  Language Skills: Negotiation level of French and advanced of English.
