Description of the job

A vacancy for an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) – Digital Product Owner (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Toulouse. The successful applicant will join Digitalisation department.

Shape the new Airbus’ “Facilities Management & Real Estate” (FM&RE) landscape with us.

With the Digital Transformation of Airbus, the software landscape of the company is being completely redesigned with an aim to focus on delivering value for the business. FM&RE Big Data (GIS, IWMS – Integrated Workplace Management System, BIM – Building Information Modelling) is a key enabler of this transformation. In this context, our organization is being entirely reshaped and looking for new skills and talent.

Your main missions will be:
- Working on the FM&RE Digitalisation Program and being part of FM&RE France Digitalisation team,
- Being responsible of leading the ramp-up of the IWMS solution selected by Airbus (IBM TRIRIGA) for all FM&RE fields,
- Accompanying FM&RE business digital transformation,
- Having fully accountability of the design, build, migration and run of implementation of IWMS IBM TRIRIGA for the 3 Airbus divisions: Airbus Commercial, Helicopters, Defence & Space, on all mobile devices (smartphones, tablet computers, laptops and desktop computers),
- Applying Agile methodology.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

- FM&RE Business digital transformation: ensuring and delivering
- FM&RE Operations support: ensuring and delivering
- Product plan: defining, managing and driving
- Product design and evolution: defining, managing and driving
- Budget management.

This role will involve some travel for business (once per month) in France/Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

- Initial experience in IT or Engineering,
- Experience in using IWMS/TRIRIGA or any other ERP/Cloud Solution (SAP, Maximo , Coupa, Workday, Sage,etc.) and ideally implementing and deploying,
- Experience in project management, change management and supplier management,
- Basic knowledge of mobile applications environment (Google Suite, AirWatch, etc.),
- Ability to communicate with different interfaces,
- Good communication skills, curiosity,
- Ability to work within a team,
- Language Skills: advanced level of English and French.
