The Airbus Ethics & Compliance Programme has been designed with this aim in mind, and relies on a talented and diverse network of compliance professionals for its effective implementation.

As Assistant for this department, you will be supporting the HO department and team members in their daily activities.

Tasks and accountabilities:

·  Manage complex agenda for the HO department
·  Anticipate agenda needs & manage meeting requests based on a 6-month vision
·  Facilitate and coordinate to avoid conflicts of agenda

·  Support the preparation and control over budget
·  Support annual budget preparation process
·  Manage invoice receipt and payment of law firms and other service providers

·  Support the team members in dealing with their travels:
·  Booking and modification of travel plans
·  Support for expense claims

·  Support the team members in organisation of events:
·  Organisation of seminars and events in Toulouse
·  Correspondence with key stakeholders & participants in the event etc.

·  Contribute to the daily life of the department:
·  Launch orders in click’n buy tool
·  Handle specific requests linked to department’s life

·  Be innovative in proposing alternative ways of doing things when deemed useful for department improvements

Required skills:

·  Solid Assistant and organisational experience
·  Strong experience and good knowledge of Airbus organisation, tools (click n'buy, myTravel, my Travel Expenses ...) & processes
·  You are recognised for your autonomy and you are proactive
·  You are team player
·  You are energetic and willing to contribute to change
·  Language skills: negotiation level of English
