Dans le cadre d'un cursus scolaire en formation initiale , vous recherchez un stage obligatoire ou intégrer dans une année de césure , d'une durée allant de 6 mois , vous permettant de valider votre année.

Une offre de stage Gestion de projet digital pour la Qualité sur la cabine A350 Airbus vient de s'ouvrir au sein d’Airbus sur notre site de Colomiers (Toulouse) .

Ce stage est à pourvoir à partir de début Mars (date sujette à une certaine flexibilité fonction de la disponibilité du candidat)

Vous rejoindrez le département « Qualité du programme A350 » en charge du support de la production opérationnelle, dont l'objectif est de livrer au client un produit conforme dans les temps et les coûts et en respectant les standards qualité Airbus (inspection, prévention, actions correctives).

Le stage se déroulera dans l’équipe dédiée à la Qualité pour l’intégration de l’A350 XWB (aménagement commercial).

Dans le cadre de ce stage, vous aurez un rôle de Chef de projet digital.

Notre équipe est charge de déployer de nouvelles technologies (réalité virtuelle, lunettes à réalité augmentée, big data ...) pour améliorer notre performance et nos manières de travailler afin de sécuriser la satisfaction de notre client final. This internship is to be filled from beginning of March (date subject to some flexibility pending on applicant availability)

You will join the 'Quality Department of the A350 Programme' in charge of operational production support in order to deliver to the customer a compliant product (on time and on cost and consistent with Airbus quality standards (inspection, prevention, corrective actions)
This internship will take place in the Quality team for the integration of the A350 XWB. (cabin).
As part of this internship, you will have a role of support for the Digital project manager.
Our team is responsible for deploying new technologies (virtual reality, augmented reality glasses, big data...) to improve our performance, our ways of working in order to secure the satisfaction of our customers. This evolution has to be strengthen and further developed.

·  Tâches et responsabilités :

- Analyser les données Qualité et les retours clients

- Proposer des améliorations de processus,outils et organisation avec une approche ‘terrain’ pragmatique

- Participer et ou gérer des projets de digitalisation liés à l’amélioration sur le périmètre de la qualité cabine A350.

Your main tasks will include:

- perform analysis on Quality data and customer feedbacks

- propose improvements of processes, tools and organization with a “feets on the ground” approach

- join and lead digital projects in A350 Cabin Quality perimeter

·  Profil recherché et Compétences requises :

Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac + 5, en Ingénierie ou Université ou équivalent, avec une spécialisation en digitalisation, gestion de projet, qualité … et vous avez les compétences suivantes  :

- Bonne connaissance de la gestion de projets (outils, méthodes agile ou autres, gestion des acteurs et du changement)

- Connaissance de l’amélioration continue

- Connaissances informatiques (big data,access, excel, power point …)

Intérêt avéré pour l’aéronautique, les relations clients

- Français : NEGOCIATION (obligatoire)

- Anglais : INTERMEDIAIRE

You are in final year of Engineering school, or completing a Master Degree or in 5th year of University (future BAC+5), specializing in project management, Digital technologies, Quality and/or Aeronautics.

You have skills in:

- Project management

- Continuous improvement

- Digital / IT (excel, access, power-point)

- Aeronautics

French negociation level is required, English as intermediate
