Description of the job

A vacancy for an Incident handler (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Elancourt.

We are looking for someone who loves working in Information Security, who enjoys breaking
systems, fixing systems, identifying vulnerabilities, who can think out of the box, who can
understand what may happen if something is not working as expected.
In the IM Security team we are a multidisciplinary, highly skilled and motivated team, dealing with
most of the topics in security : defining requirements, designing and validating information
systems architectures, auditing and pentesting, security incident response and forensics, security
operations, running projects, deploying infrastructure, …

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include :

·  Implement Information of cybersecurity strategy according to Airbus policies.
·  Design and create security detection and protection rules.
·  Lead optimization and enhancement of existing Security Operations Center operations.
·  Manage responsible security incidents and coordinate all involved stakeholders
·  Acting as an interface to IT Security operations provider.
·  Establish requesting and running regularly audits and compliance checks of processes

related to cyber crisis.

·  Ensure that all activities are monitored and controlled by Governance instance.
·  Being responsible for measures related post crisis activities of security incidents.
·  Develop, promote and review information security policies, technical guidance and

work instructions.

·  Support information management projects with skill and security expertise.
·  Perform independent regular threat hunting exercises.

This role will involve travels for business, around four times a year in Europe and as such, you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience :

·  Educated to a 5 years degree in Computer or Telecommunication.
·  2 to 3 years' experience in Information Security.
·  Demonstrable experience in Cyber Defence and Projects and Services Management
·  Strategic and entrepreneur thinking.
·  Strong customer focus and result orientation.
·  Strong team player in an agile international team.
·  Reliability, accuracy and a feeling for making analytical decision on criteria and processes.
·  Ability to develop reliable relationships on all relevant management levels.
·  Strong skills in communicating and presenting complex situations.
·  Analytical capabilities, well developed planning and organizational skills.
·  Highly innovative mindset and permanently challenging the status quo.
·  Able to work autonomously as well as in international teams.
·  Document, reports and presentation writing.
·  English and French : advanced level.

Required Technical knowledge:

·  SOC and Cyberdefence strategy layout, deployment and management.
·  IM Security Incident Management.
·  Understanding of malware behavior and related monitoring needs.
·  Familiar with the Agile Scrum project methodology would be a plus.
·  Experience in one or several of the following: Splunk, SIEM, McAfee ePO, DS/IPS technologies, most notable Operating Systems.
·  SANS trainings and certifications are desirable or any comparable certifications.
