Description of the job

A vacancy for an Extended Enterprise Security has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse. You will join the IM Cyber Security department (ZIS).

In this role you will support EE Security Officers and RITSO`s in defining Security solutions and provide specialist support and consultancy, ensuring that Security architecture and mechanisms deployed are efficient and state of the art.

Priority will be given to employees whose position is impacted by a workforce adaptation initiative.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Define, implement and control Security over Airbus deployed overseas (beyond the 4 NatCos) in order to protect its employees, activities, assets, information, sites and products in the execution of their business activities”

·  Provide Security Governance and requirements into projects for EE

·  Assessing with ZS the EE IM security status and compliance with airbus regulations

·  Provide Security support and coordinate the activities with EE IM Security focal points

·  Be the Security focal point/Interface for all EE entities

·  Coordinate with IM departments the EE activities and support the implementation of Airbus Security Standards, Solutions, Tools and process related to Extended Enterprise connectivity (AREX, EXECO, SPAN Legacy, DeRex, …)

·  Coordinate with Europe the Security operation and Security Crisis

·  Ensure the Security Compliance and coordinate and align the remote teams of Security Officers and RITSO’s

·  Support the EE dedicated projects from the design to the implementation.

This role will involve some travel for business (once a month) in Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or a related discipline.

·  IT Background.

·  Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and Security Tools.

·  Experience working in a multifunctional and transnational environment.

·  Ability to understand big picture and visualise future constraints.

·  Business orientated, autonomous and structured,

·  Team player and able to share information across different department. Relationship focused.

·  High organizational and planning skills.

·  Language Skills: Negotiation level of English. French would be a plus
