Description of the job

Identity & Access Management (I&AM) is one of the cornerstone of Digitalisation and Corporate Integration, and a determining factor of the Digital Leaders strength.
With Digital Transformation, Airbus and Airbus Group I&AM have to face challenge of getting the best from new cloud-based business applications (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and its on-premises existing Information System.
With emerging technologies and services around Internet of Things / Enterprise 4.0, and the next generation of distributed trusting models, the I&AM will have to cope with a significant change of scale and the traditional architecture paradigms will be revisited.

IAM Product Manager at Airbus is fully accountable End to End for the services lifecycle (demand, project, run, support) he/she is in charge of.

IAM Technology Specialist:

·  Has full accountability for Identity & Access Management services design in line with business solutions needs.
·  Supports and advises the business Information System designers to make the best use of Identity & Access Management services.
·  Anticipate technology innovations and plan their introduction into Airbus Information System.

Airbus needs to on board people with proven experience on new state of the Art Identity & Access Management, i.e. new concepts/ protocols enabling Digitalisation and Flexible Information Management used by the leading edge Digital companies (GAFA, start-ups…)
You strongly contributes to transformation of Airbus IT, by influencing culture change and establishing new way of working.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main responsibilities on this position are:

·  Drive Global service design and evolution making best use of cloud solutions.
·  Ensure that services are in compliance with Airbus Group Identity & Access Management security rules and standards.
·  Drive the global coherence and integration of the overall architecture.
·  Support the business demand by providing the required technology expertise to the business line of services.

This role will involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

Your Boarding Pass:
You have a 5-year degree in engineering or IT and broad experience in similar activities, which have allowed you to acquire skills and knowledge on State of the art IAM technologies, as well as emerging IAM technologies: Identity federation, IDentity as a Service (IDaaS), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), modern security and access control schemes (such as Analytics, MFA,...).

Especially:
You are delivery and customer oriented, innovative, with a good sense of curiosity and desire to learn for yourself and others.
Your leadership ability will allow you to lead and motivate team members in a trans-organizational and multicultural context.
You naturally have the sense of details and passion for solutions and technologies that solve problems
You have good communication skills and capacity to drive the change.
A negotiation level in English is required.
