Description of the job

A vacancy for an ICT Service Manager (m/f) for the Cloud and Hosting services has arisen within Airbus Helicopters in Marignane.

You will join the Operations department within the Information Management directorate where you will have the opportunity to participate to the digital roadmap of Airbus Helicopters, especially in the Cloud domain.

Based on your experience of IT and Cloud, you will be a key player in the migration of the Airbus Helicopters information system, from legacy to cloud platforms (public and private) and in the automation of operations.

As an ICT Service Manager in Cloud and Hosting services, you will support Project Leaders and other ICT Service Managers by offering technical solutions answering their demands on hosting services. You will ensure that expected services are delivered according to commitments.

You will also represent Airbus Helicopters in Airbus Group's activities in relation with your mission.

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the relevant authorities and will involve regular travels in Europe.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main responsibilities will include:
As a Cloud expert:

·  Participate in the definition of the Cloud strategy, focusing on migration and operational aspects.
·  Define technical standards and best practices for the usage of Cloud solutions.
·  Define policies for the management of infrastructure SW licenses in a Cloud context.
·  Be a leader for the implementation of public and private Cloud platforms.
·  Implement automations to maximize efficiencies of Cloud platforms.
·  Participate in the migration of existing legacy solutions to public or private Clouds.
·  Support the deployment of new solutions in the Cloud.

As an ICT Service Manager for Cloud and Hosting services:

·  Maintain the services catalogue and integrate Cloud solutions as a basis for Operational Service Agreements (OLA) and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
·  Ensure the performance, stability and availability of Cloud and legacy platforms.
·  Act to optimize the cost of hosting solutions.
·  Steer providers in charge of deploying and operating the hosting solutions.
·  Ensure that customers' demands are properly managed and control their deliveries as per commitments.
·  Initiate actions to rectify poor performance.
·  Support the Continual Service Improvement (CSI), in line with business cost justifications.
·  Support the Airbus Helicopters' Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and the associated Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP).
·  Ensure compliance with Airbus' procedures related to the purpose of the job (security rules …).

Required skills
