Description of the job

An internship (m/f) in Finance Transformation Graphic Design has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Toulouse.

You will join the Finance department, and more specifically a team of approximately 5 people which is responsible for communicating information relating to a transformation project for the finance function of Airbus Group to the divisions and subsidiaries (trans-national and trans-divisional activities). In the change implementation context, you will support the Finance team in this project via communication actions.

You will have the opportunity to express your creativity and apply your know-how to produce innovative and efficient communication actions. For this, you will use the various communication channels which exist within the group (HUB, Airbus Tube, etc.).

This internship will start from 25th September 2017 (date subject to some flexibility) and is for a duration of 6 months.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main activities will include:

·  Producing and distributing communication materials (visual identities, infographics, flyers, presentations, web pages, booklets, etc.)
·  Creating, editing and distributing communication aids (videos, surveys and results, e-learning modules, etc.)
·  Representing the Finance function's Transformation team and collaborating and engaging in discussions in English with various levels of management

This role will involve some travel for business within Europe, and as such, you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

·  Master's degree (or equivalent) in Communication/Web Marketing/Infographics
·  Proficient user of collaborative tools and software/applications
·  Keen interest in the digital world and the new technological associated with this
·  French: intermediate level
·  English: advanced level
·  Functional skills: independent working methods, ability to take the initiative, creativeness, open-mindedness, strong communication skills
