Description of the job
A vacancy for a HR SPIR Social Law Specialist (m/f) has arisen within the Airbus France HR Social Policy and Industrial Relations organisation in Toulouse.
The aim of our organisation is to:
· Protect company's interest and support Company business by ensuring national compliance with labour and social regulations.
· Secure a state of the art expertise in the labour law domain by promoting high level of skills and efficient staffing at national level
Profil recherché
Tasks & accountabilities
You will join our Team (overall 10 people specialized in laws) and will have the following main missions:
· Ensuring the legal basis for our clients (human resources business partners, managers and other centres of expertise) in the field of labour laws on individual employment relations,
· Ensuring legal monitoring and analysing business impact,
· Managing and preventing pre-litigation and litigation and liaising with lawyers,
· Participating in HR projects Legal Support,
· Managing individual dismissal procedures,
· Updating legal document templates and frames,
· Participating in the simplifying and securing of HR processes,
· Drafting of internal notes.
Required skills
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
· Educated to a Master's jurist degree, specializing in Social Law (or equivalent),
· 3 years of experience in individual relations,
· Strong knowledge of labour laws,
· Analytical and synthetic skills,
· Ability to work within a team,
· Good communication skills,
· Autonomy,
· Negotiation level of English and French.
