Description of the job

A vacancy for an Early Career Apprentice as a Human Resources Business Partner Support – HR for HR Support (m/f) has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse. You will join the HR Business Partners department.

The activity is composed of main pillars that are declined as followed:

·  Follow up of HR Business Partner & HR Academy Operational Activity:

Administrative Tasks in order to manage internal employees mobility, support HR Processes (people review, performance review, HR seminars, succession planning, voice of customer), operational support to the HR academy (training budget monitoring, interactivity with Airbus University, SQCDP, HR induction session set-up).

·  Support Grading Project
·  Preparation of HR Academy communication

This 12 or 24 Month Apprenticeship will start from September (date subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include supporting the HRBP team in:

·  Challenging the business to ensure compliance with company strategy and policies & driving the HR annual cycle of annual interviews, salary reviews, etc. within the partner business sector,
·  Fully deploying Talent Management in partner business sector up to band V, with the support of TEM. Actively participating in Talent Management in collaboration with TEM for band IV and above,
·  Driving people development through both direct action and coaching managers to develop their people and themselves & coaching and encouraging managers to take action to create and maintain an engaging environment within the partner business sector,
·  Being the catalyst to drive mobility through knowing the people ready to move and networking for potential opportunities (with support of AGEO),
·  Deploying training for the partnering organisation including local allocated training budget management,
·  Supporting management teams in managing change, particularly bringing focus to the human aspects of change, with the support of Leadership & Culture Change,
·  Ensuring the application of consequential management in collaboration with the Industrial Relations department. You will also contribute to a good social climate and constructive dialogue with the Social Partners.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

·  Business Administration Studies, Social Law or Human Resource Management,
·  Knowledge of HR processes;
·  Knowledge of project management and change management

·  Good communication, teamwork and networking abilities,
