Description of the job

Airbus (Toulouse) is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

This internship will start on 4th January, 2016 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

· Supporting major annual Compensation & Benefits campaigns for Airbus France (bonus, salary review & promotions),
· Proceeding with various ad-hoc salary analyses.

Profil recherché

Required skills

You are in the 5th year of a business school, university or similar, specialising in Human Resources.

You ideally have initial experience in this field and you have strong competencies of Excel (pivot table…, macro would be a plus). You have a good PowerPoint proficiency (able to prepare a communication package).

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

English and French: advanced or negotiation level.
