Description of the job

A vacancy for a Finance Systems Project Leader (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Toulouse (Labège or Blagnac). As the successful applicant you will join the
Reporting ("FSSCR") department.

In this role you will lead the project end to end : definition, development, deployment and support in run-mode. This is also a great opportunity to grow and learn in a new domain and evolve in your career in the future.

You will have to ensure the quality and the constantly improvement of the Financial processes and their implementation into the Financial systems. You will secure the relevant input of the Finance stakeholders and provide the Finance community with efficient and reliable solutions.

You will act as Finance System expert/key user for Airbus Finance community SAP ERP systems in the area of accounting (FI/SD), cost centre controlling (CO) and project controlling (CO,PS). As such, you will have to monitor change requests related to SAP Finance modules and you will have to lead/contribute to several major projects as company migration, upgrades or enhancements.

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Model, assess the quality and improve Financial processes in collaboration with the Finance stakeholders.
·  Identify activities, relationships, inputs, outputs, actors and performance measures of division Financial processes.
·  Interface Financial processes with business environment (Finance and Non-Finance).
·  Implement Financial business models in Financial systems (SAP R/3, SAP BW, TM1,...).
·  Translate business end to end processes into the transactional systems.
·  Consider various business data models dependencies (e.g. HR, Procurement, Logistic, Quality).
·  Provide technical expertise on Airbus Group/Airbus Financial system (SAP, BW, TM1, ...).
·  Provide Finance community with efficient and reliable system solutions.
·  Capture, analyse, negotiate, specify and validate requirements with all the stakeholders. Test and deploy technical solutions and train the users.
·  Assess efficiency and reliability of IS/IT solutions.
·  Ensure and support actively the security and internal control rules for Financial data systems.

This role will involve some travel (1 or 2 times a month) for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to Business Administration or Finance or IT degree.
·  Sound functional knowledge of finance (accounting or controlling) with interest for associated systems or IT experience (especially SAP) to be trained on accounting/controlling activities.
·  Previous experience in project management would be appreciated.
·  Knowledge of SAP ECC6 (FI/SD/CO/PS).
·  Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA / FIORI UI5 / SAP Design Studio.
·  Knowledge of SAP BW (Query Designer/BEx Analyzer).
·  Good command of MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) .
·  Strong communication skills.
·  Ability to federate.
·  At least an advanced level of English.
·  Negotiation level of French.
