Description of the job

A position for Primary Flight Control System has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse.

In the frame of the Engineering Function,the Systems Center of Competences, the 'Control Flight' domain, the job holder will contribute to the Primary Flight Control System Development ( design, integration and certification of Modifications ) for the Single Aisle family Incremantal development (e-Rudder).

Tasks & accountabilities

More precisely, the activities will consist in:

· the contribution to the functional & operational specifications evolutions of the 'Primary Flight Control System'
· the design of these evolutions : high level & detailed design
· the definition of the interfaces with the related systems / functions such as Navigation / Surveillance / Display / Warnings ...
· the elaboration of related high level Specifications and low level detailed Specifications
· the Supplier monitoring
· the contribution to the Safety related activities
· the contribution to the Verification and Validation related activities
· the contribution to the Certification means of compliance dossier preparation

Profil recherché

Required skills

As the successful candidate, you will need:

· At least 3 years of experience in the required domain.
· Flight Controls technical background
· Chartered Engineer Aeronautical/ Mechanical degree or equivalent;
· Internship in a design office of an aeronautical company is valuable for the applicant.
· Good communication skills and a pro-active approach to problem solving;
· Ability to understand / analyses complex systems behavior and interactions
· Strong French and English skills, both verbal and written are essential.
