Description of the job
A vacancy for an “Executive Reward Manager (m/f)” has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse. You will join the Airbus Reward Team.
Airbus focuses on aligning its compensation and benefits strategy with its business objectives in order to attract and retain the best talent available in the marketplace.
In this context, Airbus Reward function defines policies and provides analysis as well as expert support to HR so that the strategy is consistently applied throughout the Group. Within this organization, the Corporate Compensation and Benefits' team manages the contracts of Airbus Division and Group Executives group-wide. It also designs the Group's Long term incentive plans and international mobility policies.
Within the Compensation and Benefits team, you will manage and support Executive Contract Management topics, as well as day-to-day activities within the team and ad hoc projects.

Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include
· Executive Contract Management:
o End-to-end contract management – arrivals (external hires, internal moves and promotions) :
Salary offers (in compliance with internal/external benchmarks and business needs);
For specific cases, legal analysis and recommendation, in line with business requirements and legal constraints;
Issuance of contractual documents (letters of intent, employment contracts, secondment letters, specific side letters and extension letters, reflecting business needs);
Implementation;
Interfacing with HRBPs, payroll, Company car administration C&B departments in other countries/divisions, International mobility and pension department.
o End-to-end contract management – departures (resignation, retirement, downgrading/ redeployment, dismissal) and managing Interface with HRBPs, Reward Operations, Company car administration, Reward departments in other countries/divisions, International mobility and pension department.
· Lead or participation to ad hoc Reward specific projects
Required skills
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
· Educated to a 5- year degree (or equivalent) in French Labor Law,
· Strong experience in labor law,
· Experience in complex contract management (international),
· Experience in project management would be a plus,
· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously,
· Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills,
· Proactive, methodical and diplomatic,
· Negotiation level of French & English.
