Job Description:

The Executive Commercial Manager has the overall responsibility for Sales, Marketing, Business Development and CRM activities for the Company. The Executive Commercial Manager is part of the Company’s Executive Committee.

Main Responsibilities:

·  Managing the Company’s Commercial Department.
·  Ensuring that the Company’s yearly sales bookings (in products and services), deliveries, revenues and profitability targets are achieved.
·  Providing an optimum quality of service which is responsive, flexible, cost-efficient and on-time to the Satisfaction of the Company’s Customers.
·  Maintaining a high level of Customer Satisfaction while ensuring that the Company’s financial position is respected, and that compliance with corporate governance and regulatory authority regulations are respected.
·  Promoting the image of the Company both internally and externally.
·  Maintaining good working relationships with both internal and external Customers.
·  Liaising closely with prospects and customers from initial presentation stage through negotiation to contract signature and delivery of the aircraft, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the process with AZA.
·  Being accountable for reaching the Business Plan in terms of new, pre-owned aircraft sales, customer support activities and overall customer satisfaction whilst always ensuring that the relevant Company financial objectives are adhere to.
·  Being responsible for defining, coordinating, and implementing Communications & Events as required for promotional events to maximise Airbus exposure in the Region.
·  Ensuring coordination of the delivery process (contract review meeting, acceptance protocol, etc.).
·  Organising flight demonstrations, customer flights and acceptance flights, as required.
·  Preparing business plan and departmental budget.
·  Compiling and implementing the Company’s Marketing Plan.
·  Performing other ad-hoc duties that may arise within the scope of the position.
·  Actively supporting cash collection, especially with in case of overdues.
·  Enforcing the company’s Ethics & Compliance and Export Control processes, initiatives and culture within the Commercial department.
·  Managing Customers’ accounts, Opportunities and Offers up-to-date within the company’s Salesforce tool.
·  Managing Commercial Risks and Opportunities using the company’s tool.
·  Supporting the coordination of customer safety roadshows.
·  Contributing to the Company’s growth and optimisation initiatives.
·  Enforcing the Company’s priorities as set by the Managing Director and the rest of the Company Executive team.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
