Description of the job

2 vacancies for Environmental Regulatory Affairs Coordinators (m/f) have arisen within Airbus in Toulouse. The successful applicants will join the Regulatory Intelligence & Services department.

Profil recherché

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include

·  Identification of existing, evolving and/or on-going environmental regulations (worldwide, and with a focus on Europe, USA, China)
·  Identification of existing and evolving principle from courts of justice (Europe, international...) possibly impacting Airbus activities, product and services,
·  Clarification of applicable requirements, clarification of these requirements to possibly impacted organisations and transcription into airbus documentations, with a legal approach (liability, litigation)
·  Support to relevant Airbus organizations by providing environment regulatory dossiers,
·  External representation and support to Public Affairs for advocacy on environment regulatory subjects
·  Contribution to environmental regulatory survey process
·  Leading conceptual and operational tasks related to environmental needs. Contribute to environmental legal compliance, objectives identification, Policy definition & deployment, specifications identification and implementation planning.
·  Ensuring the interface with internal and external interested parties.

This role will involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Educational and strong professional background in Legal affairs & Environment is mandatory.
·  Drafting and synthesis skills are mandatory.
·  Ability for enhancing collaborations within a network is required.
·  Negotiation level of English is mandatory.
·  Ability to speak Chinese would be a great asset.
