Description of the job

A vacancy for an EEE Equipment team support (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Elancourt.

You will join the EEE Equipment Team Support France department.

The job holder will report to the Head of EEE Equipment France.

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.

Tasks & accountabilities

You will be responsible to support the EEE Equipment support manager team for dedicated tasks related to EEE (Electronics, Electrics and Electro mechanics) parts associated to French projects and as a result, you will be in charge :

·  To support the EEE manager as Technical assistant, to prepare the EEE Declared Component Lists (DCL) of space equipment projects for internal and customer reviews.
·  To check under EEE manager approval the differences between EEE parts kitting and as built equipment compare to the DCL as designed and manage the conformity before the MRR (Manufacturing Readiness Review) & TRR (Test Readiness Review) milestones.
·  Interface with production team in order to validate the as built Declared Components List.
·  Identification of EEE obsolescence risk & impact analysis of Product Change Notice (PCN) with the support of EEE Application Engineers and initiate the action plan with project team and procurement team.
·  Support the impact analysis of Alerts (European Space Agency/external sources) and Warning Notices to fulfill the dedicated tools by project.
·  Support EEE Equipment support manager to secure relationship with strategic and key internal customers.
·  Fill in the component database with all necessary information about EEE parts changes for dedicated suppliers.
·  Responsible for some dedicated documentation management on specific EEE parts.
·  Proactively support definition and implementation of improvements to optimise processes and increase efficiency of the EEE Equipment team operations.

This role will involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience:

·  Technician degree or equivalent (BAC+2/3 -Electronics or Industrial).
·  High Interest with data management & with knowledges in Excel (including macro developments) and ideally SAP.
·  An experience within electronics components domain and data management.
·  Knowledge in EEE parts normative systems (MIL, ESCC) would be appreciated.
·  Rigorous on documentary quality and on time delivery.
·  Negotiation level in French and good English level.
