Description of the job

A vacancy for a Compliance Manager (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Blagnac. You will join Ethics and Compliance Department.
Airbus is committed to conducting its business with honesty and integrity, in accordance with all local and international laws and regulations. The Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer (“CECO”) is responsible for overseeing and promoting the Airbus culture of integrity and transparency by assuring that the Company's international business activities conform with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and ethical rules.
The HO Transformation Projects is in charge of a number of transformation projects in the immediate remit of the CECO and the CECO's Chief of Staff.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Supporting the CECO's Office based at the Airbus site in Toulouse,
·  Assisting in the coordination of the information flow (e.g. email monitoring and filing),
·  Contributing to keep an overview of ongoing files, actions, requests and agenda items,
·  contributing to target reporting,
·  Preparing executive summaries, notes and presentations to internal and external stakeholders ,
·  Maintaining and following up on a recurring action list for the CECO,
·  Assisting in management and control of the budget across the Ethics & Compliance function,
·  supporting on HR matters (team meetings, events),
·  following-up of Internal Audit Findings (groupwide),
·  Legal watch tower ,
·  Benchmarking,
·  Research.

This role will involve some for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  Masters' degree (or equivalent) level,
·  At least 3 years of experience in an ethics & compliance environment,
·  Good organizational, analytical and drafting/summarizing skills,
·  Strong relationship building, networking, interpersonal and communication skills
·  High degree of integrity, discretion and trust,
·  Language Skills: negotiation level of English, frech or german would be a plus,
