Description of the job

The Airbus Safran Launchers Supply Quality department in “Les Mureaux” offers an excellent opportunity to partner with the suppliers to continuously improve their performance and the quality of their deliveries for the Ariane 6 launchers.
The job holder will act all along the life cycle of the projects:

·  supplier selection
·  definition of specific quality requirements to the contract
·  acceptance of management and quality dispositions of the suppliers
·  acceptance of the documentation and products deliveries in the frame of the contract execution
·  internal and suppliers continuous improvement

Profil recherché

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main responsibilities will be for each mission:
¤ Act as focal point towards the suppliers for quality management activities
¤ Establish the quality objectives and the quality planning (surveillance plan, gates, inspection points, audits, ... ) of the procured products and services
¤ Implements the ASL quality standards applicable to the supply chain to ensure their optimum performance
¤ Accepts the suppliers quality plans and contributes to the acceptance of their management plans, assures their application
¤ Manages and performs the acceptance of materials, products and services
¤ Planning and management of the Airbus Safran Launchers audits at suppliers, evaluation of their capability and approval of the suppliers selection
¤ Develops supplier performance through the acquisition of lessons learned, the definition and implementation of corrective and preventive actions based
on key quality indicators
¤ Manages the non-conformities to be accepted by Airbus Safran Launchers before the deliveries of the products and those discovered after the deliveries
and to launch containment /corrective actions (Root Cause Analysis and Eradication,8D,…)
¤ Assures the application of the Airbus Safran Launchers procurement rules by the multi-functional teams
