Description of the job

Two vacancies for Digital Workplace – Smartphone Solution have arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Toulouse
• A Product Manager
• An IT Operation Specialist
You will join “ZIW”, Digital Workplace department.
As Product Manager you will work on the Information Management (IM) Mobile Solution product and will be part of Digital Workplace team. You are responsible of the management & lead project around and inside Digital Workplace Mobile Solution.

As Operation Specialist, you will work on the IM Digital Workplace Mobile Solution product and will
be part of Digital Workplace team. You are responsible of the management of the smartphone
service in production and ensure the management of operations.
You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse environment, as the Project & Product activity Scope is Airbus European Sites & Divisions,

The goal of Digital Workplace (ZIW) is to make a significant and positive impact on the way Airbus employees work, collaborate and share information as well as providing a foundational step for the digital transformation of Airbus. This is achieved through the deployment and support of new tools and technologies enabling better cross functional collaboration, improved productivity, greater company integration, and improved transparency and more open and horizontal information exchange. A critical element required to achieve success for Digital Workplace (DWP) is a clearly defined smartphone strategy supported by effective transformation plan and operational controls.

Airbus needs to on board people with proven experience on new state of the Art of Mobile technology, i.e. new concepts/ operations /technologies enabling Digitalization and Flexible ICT used by the leading edge Digital companies.
You strongly contributes to transformation of Airbus IT, by influencing culture change and establishing new way of working.

Tasks & accountabilities

As Product Owner your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
● The project management: follow and challenge the activity from the user to the operation management in compliance with budget.
● The Supervision of several consultants work packages which are contributing to animate the product, project and bundle activity with an end user perspective.
● The lead of service providers

As Operation Specialist your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
● Mobile Operation Bundles
● Mobile device management and hardware activity
● Mobile Carrier Operation

This two jobs will involve some travel for business once month in Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

• Educated to degree level High School Engineer in Telecommunication or IT.
• Solid competences in Agile, ITIL

And for Product Manager Specifically you will have strong Budget Management skills and experience.

Especially
You like collaborative and team spirit work, innovative, with a good sense of curiosity and desire to learn for yourself and others.
You naturally have the ability to synthetize, structure and vulgarize highly technical topics with sense of details and passion for solutions and technologies that solve problems. Technical curiosity and willingness to learn are your motto.
You have good communication skills, capacity to drive the change and manage stakeholders.
A negotiation level in English is required, French would be a plus.
