Description of the job

Within the Airbus Defence and Space Digital Transformation Office and in close alignment with the Airbus Security organization, Digital Security is a new organization focused on ensuring the security of our digital transformation and building trust in our solutions and digital services by:

1.Steering our digital security strategy to enhance operational excellence,
2.Defining our digital security governance and best practices to globally protect data and information, IM and manufacturing infrastructures, products and services,
3.Attesting our digital security health and conformity,
4.Shaping our culture to make digital security part of our DNA.

The position of Digital Security Community and Awareness Manager in Toulouse will report to the head of Digital Security. The main purpose of that role is to ensure we deliver on the 4th dimension listed above by fostering a “digital security aware” culture and mobilizing our colleagues. Indeed, every AD employee can contribute by their behavior, to enhance our overall digital security maturity and they can be both our first line of defense or our biggest vulnerability.

This role will work closely with the Airbus Communications & Airbus Security organizations, as well as the “Leadership, Inclusion and Culture Evolution” & “Resource and Development” centers of excellence.

Tasks & accountabilities

Key responsibilities include :

·  Develop an overall Digital Security awareness strategy,
·  Create relevant campaigns and content that will then be packaged and pushed via the internal functions responsible for communications and training in particular,
·  Interface with the Airbus Security Office team to cascade relevant Airbus Security initiatives or adapt them when applicable to AD,
·  Create and moderate the AD Digital Security HUB-based community,
·  Monitor and report cultural change evolution,
·  Become a recognized internal reference on digital security messaging and positioning,
·  Collaborate with the CIS CyberSecurity entity and the IM organization to align content generation,
·  Support New Business initiatives from a cyber security perspective by providing positioning guidelines,
·  Support Head of Digital Security and overall Digital Security team in various logistical aspects (team culture, meetings, events, etc.)

·  Good knowledge of cyber security trends and key messages,
·  Strong creativity and copy writing skills,
·  High energy level, positive attitude,
·  Team player, collaborative working style,
·  Strong communications skills at all levels of the organization,
·  Advanced level in English and French.
