Description of the job

In the frame of the digital transformation of Airbus Group, and more specifically to the Learning Digital Transformation project, the context is to contribute to the implementation of a new model to handle end to end management of learning for Airbus Group employees and external companies.
The selected candidate will work with a team in charge of adapting the training session administration to this new model.
The mission is to support and coordinate activities related to the roll out of a pilot on a limited population, in order to prepare the full roll out a few month later.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will be:

1/ Facilitate relationships with impacted pilot users: prepare top down communication in collaboration with change management team.
2/ Retrieve and consolidate user feedbacks.
3/ Prepare coordination with IT and session administration contractor for tool configuration updates and procedure updates.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following profile:

·  Enrolled in in an Engineering Schools, Humans Resources or equivalent,
·  Generic knowledge in Pack office,
·  Knowledge of training
·  Level advanced in English required. Notions of French could be a plus.
