Description of the job

A vacancy for a Demand manager / planner (m/f) has arisen within Airbus in Saint Nazaire.
You will join the Airframe Supply Management department of St Nazaire.

You are the expert of demand for all the parts purchased and installed in Saint-Nazaire for all aircraft families.

You will consolidate and provide demand and forecast datas by respecting milestones and delivering on time, on cost and on quality for supplied products.

You organise multi-functionnal reviews with Supply Officers, Manufacturing Engineering and Design Office.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Performing Demand and Forecast Analysis : root causes for variations
- Managing decisional Multifunctionnal reviews on demand and forecast creation/publication.
- Participating to the implementation of tools for analysis and actions on forecast.
- Coordinating actions/projects with others teams in all Airbus countries.

·  Being responsible for the forecast published to suppliers and for improvement on stability and volatility

This role will involve some travel for business (once to twice a month) in Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  Supply Chain experience
·  Experience in Demand Management
·  Industrial knowledge and experience
·  Coordination and drumbeating skills
·  Good communication and interpersonal skills
·  Ability to decide and speak up
·  Team spirit
·  Language Skills: Advanced level of English. French would be a plus.
