Description of the job

A vacancy for a Delivery manager for divisional services (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Elancourt.

Information Management (IM) delivers the expertise, technology and equipment for Airbus Defence & Space.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Ensure that the projects that you have in your portfolio are delivered On Time On Cost and On Quality. Although you may have to manage the operations for the Divisional environment in France (mainly Toulouse and Elancourt) in all the IT domains (Back Office, Networks and Front Office), to ensure a high level of service for all this scope.
·  Manage and report on Divisional environment operations budget, and to be in contact with our operation teams in case of incidents to keep their customers informed. Thanks to your experience in user workplace environment and IT infrastructure, your added value will be to propose innovative scenarios on how to continuously improve the availability and the performances of the Divisional environment.
·  Analyse infrastructure, determine the Divisional environment costs (project and running costs), give advices to improve the availability, the performances and the security on this scope, to optimize the different means and provide an efficient user experience.
·  As a Delivery Manager, you will also have to manage several topics for your customers. You have to know their assets, track the resolution of incidents and problems, and propose evolutions for their architectures. This is why it is so important for our team that you have a good knowledge in the technical aspects of IT.

This role will involve travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to master degree (or equivalent) in Engineering Information Systems.
·  You are passionate for digital topics and interested in working in a diverse and international environment.
·  You are creative and innovative.
·  You are ready for changes.
·  You are customer and solution-oriented.
·  Negotiation level in English and fluent in French.
