Description of the job

As part of IM digital transformation, we need passionate and talented people who want to make a real difference in how we support, enable and deliver a diverse range of technological solutions and services to our customers.
This is why we are looking for our new Information Management (IM) who will deliver the expertise, technology and equipment for Airbus Space and Aerospace products.

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Project managing your IT projects On Time, On Cost, On Quality.
·  Supporting your DMs colleagues to build their project on these technologies, and the other way around.
·  Working with OS, Databases, Virtualisation, et network technologies on servers
·  Collaborating with IM and Business subject matter experts and other IM colleagues to select the target architectures.
·  Working with our IT partner teams to support integration, implementation and release to production.
·  Working in iterative processes with the Business and validate findings.
·  Assessing, with the business, the expected qualification and assurance of the information in support of the use case.
·  Working with the IM security team to ensure that the information used is in compliance with the regulatory and security policies in place (II901 and other regulations related to the protection of the defence).
·  Educating the organization both from IM and the business perspectives on new approaches, such as testing hypotheses and validation of results.
·  Demonstrating the following scientist qualities: clarity, accuracy, precision, relevance, depth, breadth, logic, significance, and fairness.
·  Troubleshooting and implementing enhancements and fixes to systems as needed.

This role will involve some travel for business once per trimester most of the time in France and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to Master degree in IT (or equivalent).
·  At least 3 years’ experience in infrastructure server or network.
·  Various BackOffice technologies: Storage (HPE SAN 3PAR-EVA-MSA/ NetApp NAS), Backup (Netbackup, VEEAM, SnapVaults etc), Operating systems (Windows, Linux), Databases
·  Orchestration and automation tools for cloud infrastructures (Jenkins Gitlab, Python,..) used in a DevOps pipelines.
·  Various Network technologies: LAN, WAN, Firewall, IP infrastructure services,…
·  Project Management: On top of classic project management methodologies, knowledge and experience on Agile SCRUM would be a plus.
·  Business focused, strong analytical and problem solving skills to be able to quickly cycle hypothesis through the discovery phase of the project.
·  Excellent written and communications skills to report back the findings in a clear, structured manner are required.
·  Good knowledge of backoffice infrastructure solutions is key (OS, storage, servers, backup, monitoring etc)
·  Autonomy and technology-oriented-mindset
·  Advanced level of English.
