The role sits within the ASC UK Business Operations department, which includes Media, Corporate and Internal Communications, Marketing and Business Development. The successful candidate will work for the Political Affairs manager, but may also have input into the Contract Management function of the Business Ops department. The role is varied and often requires high levels of flexibility and multi-tasking in an ever changing, unusual and exciting environment.

Tasks & accountabilities

During this internship, the activities you may undertake will include;

·  Merchandising and Marketing – identifying new ways and exciting ways to promote the ATLAS brand;
·  Customer / internal engagement – face to face meetings with customers and internal staff, leading on some projects;
·  Corporate Hospitality – assisting with organising high profile corporate and social events;
·  Corporate and Internal Communications – finding new ways to ensure that information reaches everyone;
·  Project & Event Management – managing smaller internal events and projects, taking responsibility for outcomes, budgets, timescales etc.

Required skills

Please note our Internships are open to Undergraduates only. Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following;

Working towards a degree related to Media and Corporate Comms / Business discipline;
Self-motivated and proactive approach to work;
Good personal communication skills, both spoken and written;
Reliable and conscientious.
