Description of the job

A vacancy for a CSOD Cornerstone Developer (m/f) has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse, to support the Airbus HR Core Solutions team as part of the Developer.

As CSOD Cornerstone Developer, you will have the following responsibilities:

·  Ensuring the successful implementation of the learning processes.
·  Provide CSOD product and implementation expertise to HR and IT project activities,
·  Understand HR and end-users requirements,
·  Demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems,
·  Recommend best solution and help configure and test the CSOD solution,
·  Take direction and provide status to the project leader in charge.

This role will involve some travels for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be the following ones:

CSOD Implementation :

·  Configure the CSOD solution to best match the HR business objectives
·  E2E delivery and operations, in time cost and quality
·  Support other project activities as data migration, transformation, interfaces configuration between CSOD and the IT Landscape

Roadmap & Customer Relationship Management

·  Analyse CSOD release plan, share product deliveries with HR subject matter experts
·  Plans feature releases and champions product area roadmaps.
·  Contribution to a 5 year Master Plan with the Business
·  Contribution to yearly roadmap

Contribute to Domain communications:

·  Achievements are properly communicated to the business, end-users and within IM/ICT communities thru various media (for example: the HUB) in synchronization with ICT management and corporate communication
·  Participation to external and internal events related to the domain is ensured

Required skills

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:

·  4+ years implementing Human Capital Management solutions
·  Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
·  Experience implementing CSOD
·  Learning
·  Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
·  Bachelor degree required
·  Passion for customer service
·  Team worker and active listener
·  Demonstrated project management experience
·  Functional and technical experience
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in French
·  Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
·  Ability to think out of the box
