Description of the job

A vacancy for a Personal Administration (PA) Core HR Workday SAP Technical Leader has arisen within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) in Toulouse. You will join Reward France in the Expertise and Development Team Core HR.

We are an innovative and collaborative team of 8 people located in Blagnac which delivers Personal Administration Digital Human Resources Solutions for all Airbus divisions (Helicopters, Defence and Space, Commercial Aircraft) in France.
As part of our transformation the new operating model is oriented around multi-functional, agile teams working with the business and developing digital capabilities.

As a PA Core HR Workday SAP Technical Leader, your main missions will be:

• Monitoring and supporting overall performance and effectiveness of the HR standard solutions and Toolset.
• Defining & delivering business-oriented solutions (including policies, processes and tools) to internal customers in alignment with Business and HR strategy by involving all stakeholders in area of responsibility.
• Ensuring the design and implementation of HR standards solutions (including policies, processes and tools).
• Consulting with high expertise need.
• Considering potential impacts of HR relevant legislation & regulation and the day to day operations.

You will report directly to the PA Local Manager.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Defining, managing and supporting the product and service lines, from idea to retirement, including continuous realignment to the consumer segments,
• Ensuring the delivery of a strong business added value to customers and consumers of our products and services,
• Keeping a reliable solution, mastering overall run mode impacts on services already deployed
• Advocating the product and service to customers,
• Working with multiple product lifecycles, while ensuring a delivery on Time, Quality and Cost of the chosen solutions,
• Ensuring the connection with the other functional and technical teams within the integrated Multi-Functional-Team.
• Managing projects with Agile Methodology

You will have to liaise with ICT and Human Resources in all divisions to deliver a harmonised product on the Personal Administration.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

• Educated to a Master degree level in HR, Engineering or Information Systems (or related discipline)
• At least 5 years of experience in Information Systems
• At least 3 years of experience in Project Management and or Team Management

• Technical expertise:
o SAP HR
o Workday.
o SAP ABAP is a plus

• Ability to translate IS & Solution strategy into operations and communicate it simply. Ability to give clear operational direction and drive IS implementation.
• Convincing skills and stakeholder management to support the project throughout the IS project lifecycle
• Ability to step back from operations and take a wider, more holistic view.
• Ability to review and revisit key milestones and deployment strategies where appropriate/necessary
• Transparent ways of working and clear, honest communication.
• An understanding of Ethics and data protection (concept and implementation in today’s environment)
• Leadership skills, empathy, grit (or resilience), curiosity, fun and the will to reach collective objectives, together.

• Language skills: Negotiation level of English and French
