Description of the job

Direct report of ATR’s Head of Treasury & Cash Forecast, you will cooperate to analyse and actively manage the company’s cash flow. You will ensure its proper allocation while tracking operations with bankers.
You will interact directly with operations and corporate functions as well as subsidiaries and Airbus’ and Leonardo’s treasuries.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main responsibilities will involve the following areas:
1-Cash Management

·  Daily cash flow up to analyse and manage the company’s working capital for ATR and subsidiaries (USA, Singapore, South Africa, India).
·  Payments management and follow up to optimize outgoing cash flows and challenge banking fees. Cooperate in risk assessments (Country, Counterparties and Banks) and advise solutions to support ATR business.
·  ATR Group’s subsidiaries Cash Flow management.
·  Corporate card management cooperation by liaising with issuing banks.
·  Financial indicators daily update for internal use; example: LIBOR/EURIBOR rates and Exchange Rates providing internal updates over market trends.

2-Cash Flow Analysis

·  Monitoring and analyses for performance assessment through updated databases on SAP and Liquidity Planner to forecast cash pooling transactions with shareholders.
·  Cash at bank follow up to provide monthly analyses.
·  Customers downpayments and Bank Guarantees follow up.
·  Participate in Cash Flow Forecasting.

3-Communication

·  Day-to day interactions with bankers to ensure inflows and out-going transactions by collecting information and documents with all corporate functions.
·  Daily relationship with subsidiaries (USA, Singapore, South Africa, India) with the aim of optimizing and centralize cash-flows.
·  Coordinate treasury operations with ATR shareholders (Airbus et Leonardo).
·  Daily support to ATR operations by providing the most efficient treasury solutions to their needs and last minute events.

The Treasury & Cash Forecast department is a corporate hub whose mission is to ensure proper cash flow management to grant ATR operations functioning.

Required skills

Bachelor Degree for an apprenticeship for two years.
Appreciated Skills:

·  Professional: Accounting / Analysis
·  Language: French & English (Negotiation level) Italian would be a plus.
·  IT: Excel (Pivot Table & Functions) Pack Office
·  Soft: Accuracy / Curiosity / Pro-activeness / Autonomous / Teamwork

Previous internship(s) for 3 months would be a plus.
