Tasks & accountabilities

Your main activities will include:

Following non-conformity on the assembly line in Toulouse, and after a technical analysis, you will :

·  Check the impacts on airworthiness and the repercussions on: interchangeability, airline maintenance, structural quality/holding, certification.
·  Define repair solutions, while providing technical support to production.
·  If necessary, contact drawing and calculation specialists.
·  Grant approval in electronic form of concession requests.

This position requires being available to work on weekend over a given period (3 months, if necessary).

Required skills

As the successful candidate, you should be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and experience:

·  2 to 3-year degree in Aircraft Structures, or 5-year degree (or equivalent) in Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
·  At least 3 years of experience in aircraft structures if you have a 2 to 3-year degree or if you are a beginner a 5-year degree
·  Knowledge of aeronautical structures and assembly processes
·  Ability to work in a team
·  Organised way of working and ability to follow the progress of dossiers in parallel.
·  French & English.
·  Italian would be a plus.
