Description of the job

Two vacancies for Stock Technical Analysts (m/f) have arisen within ATR Toulouse.

You will be in charge of:

·  Performing and optimising GMA (Global Maintenance Agreement) pool sizing
·  Performing and optimising GMA pool configuration
·  Being in charge of the back office of the GMA customer order desk and for component on demand requests
·  Planning required inventories for hard time component removals
·  Monitoring Shelf life, Pool balancing and pool KPIs and taking appropriate actions
·  Coordinating Pool audits and reports

Profil recherché

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:
1. Performing and optimising GMA stock sizing including:

·  During GMA campaigns, providing relevant inputs and support to Forecasting and stock management department to size appropriately the quantity of parts required into the POOL and to support new customers
·  At Entry Into Service of a new contract, under the lead of the Forecasting and stock management department, determining required pool incremental investments and defining sourcing priorities
·  Developing the tools required to manage, monitor and optimise the GMA stock
·  Continuously monitoring pool components performance and leading the actions required to improve the pool performance or to optimise the pool inventories
·  Managing nil stock situations
·  Evaluating buy-back requests and supporting stock taking
·  Constantly monitoring pool value vs Forecasting and stock management department budget allocation and providing to this deparment with investment forecasts, as required

2. Performing and optimising GMA pool configuration including:

·  Running the SB SCAN process:
·  Identifying/collecting upgrade & retrofit opportunities
·  Evaluating the modifications with the support of Programs, Engineering and Training and Flight Operations departments
·  Building upgrade/retrofit plans, ensuring the decision to upgrade (or not) is documented and following up until retrofit/upgrade campaign completion
·  Monitoring MIS status on modifications related to components
·  Identifying economically viable action plans, which allow the reduction of the total number of standards
·  Evaluating upcoming modifications presented by OEMs

3. Being the back office of the GMA customer order desk and component on demand requests including:

·  Managing nil stock situations
·  Deciding to support component-on-demand requests
·  Optimising component-on-demand stocks
·  Planning required inventories for hard time component removals
·  Challenging customer removal plans, if removals are performed too early
·  Adapting customer removal plans to reduce the amount of inventory

4. Monitoring Shelf life, Pool balancing and pool KPIs and taking appropriate actions including:

·  Challenging too restrictive shelf lives
·  Deciding on application of non-mandatory shelf lives
·  Adding required shelf lives to prevent failures on fit depending on experience
·  Coordinating Pool audits and reports

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to an Engineering degree level (or equivalent)
·  Experience in component management and forecasting
·  Knowledge of MS Office, SAP.
·  MIS experience would be a plus
·  Analytical skills (economic analysis)
·  Team spirit

·  Innovative
·  English: negotiation level
