Description of the job

You will handle the tasks of a spares sourcing administrator on the ATR site in Toulouse.
Your tasks will involve:

·  managing the procurement of structure parts from partners and OEMs, and managing the procurement of components of modification kits from suppliers, in compliance with the recommendations of the Stock & Forecast department
·  managing kit purchase orders generated by SAP (direct purchase or kitting)
·  ensuring the coordination and continuous feedback to entities from the Spare Parts Support department (CP) regarding the status of orders and lead times from suppliers
·  participating in supplier meetings (operational reviews, backlog, forecasts, supplier inspections, etc.)
·  assessing and monitoring supplier performance trends with dedicated KPIs (Overdue, On Time Delivery, average age, queries, etc.)
·  setting up and monitoring corrective action plans and improvement plans with respect to these performances

Occasional travel to supplier sites will be required.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main activities will consist in:

·  creating purchase orders according to needs
·  sending orders to partners, OEMs and distributors
·  obtaining lead times from suppliers
·  taking into account customer "no stock" needs and prioritising procurements accordingly.
·  if necessary, finding alternative solutions (technical analysis, other P/Ns, etc.)
·  monitoring the progress of AOG, CRT, EXP and RTN orders and updating procurement lead times
·  sending reminders to suppliers on a daily basis and negotiating delivery lead times according to customer requirements
·  resolving supplier queries during acceptance in compliance with the quality rules defined by ATR
·  monitoring performance indicators
·  providing continuous feedback to CP entities regarding the status of orders and supplier lead times
·  resolving invoicing queries
·  helping the procurement department to resolve invoicing queries in SAP (investigation, asset management, etc.)
·  participating with the costing & local manufacturing group and suppliers in the production of kit parts
·  knowing the key points of contracts (PSA, etc.) that are required in the exercise of this position
·  guaranteeing the inputting of POs in accordance with the contract (subject to the applicability of the contract)
·  knowing the main items of your own portfolio and identifying the major problems
·  being able to foresee and prevent problems from arising (whatever their origin) and escalating them in advance
·  being proactive with respect to other entities (procurement, forecast, engineering, supply management, front office)
·  keeping an operational action plan for major suppliers both in terms of performance as well as the level of quality
·  being the focal point for the sourcing activity, regarding your own portfolio with respect to internal stakeholders

Required skills

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and experience:

·  A 2 or 3-year degree
·  At least two years' experience in aeronautics and logistics
·  Knowledge of aeronautics, logistics and supply chain
·  Technical knowledge would be a plus
·  Proficiency in SAP, MS Office
·  Precision
·  Meticulous nature
·  Enthusiasm
·  French & English & Italian: negotiation level
