Description of the job

A vacancy for a Spares Sourcing Administrator (m/f) has arisen within ATR Toulouse.

You will manage the procurement activity of the equipment and their components to OEM suppliers
You will ensure the coordination and continuous feedback to entities from the Support department regarding the status of orders and lead times from suppliers.
You will participate in supplier meetings (operational reviews, backlog, forecasts, supplier inspections, etc.)
You will evaluate and monitor the performance of suppliers with the dedicated KPIs (Overdue, On Time Delivery, Average Age, queries, etc.)
You will set up and monitor the corrective action plans and improvements with respect to these performances.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and activities will include:

·  Creating and guaranteeing the inputting of orders in accordance with the contract (subject to the applicability of the contract)
·  Sending the orders to OEM and to distributors and obtaining lead times from the suppliers
·  Following up on-going orders and updating the procurement deadlines
·  Sending reminders to suppliers on a daily basis and negotiating delivery lead times according to customer requirements
·  Providing continuous feedback to Support entities regarding the status of orders and supplier lead times
·  Resolving supplier queries during acceptance in compliance with the quality rules defined by ATR
·  Resolving invoicing queries
·  Being the focal point for the sourcing activity, regarding your own portfolio with respect to internal stakeholders
·  Knowing and participating in discussions on the key points of the contracts (PSA, etc.) that are required in the exercise of this position
·  Anticipating problems and escalating them ahead of the phase

·  Being proactive towards other ATR departments (Procurement, Forecast, Engineering, Supplier Management, Front Office)
·  Following up performance indicators and consequently defining an operational action plan
·  Contributing to the improvement of internal processes

This role will involve regular travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

As the successful candidate, you should be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and experience:

3-year university degree (or equivalent) in the field or a related discipline,
At least 2 years of experience in aeronautics,
Knowledge of the aeronautic industry, supply chain and supplier relations
SAP, Excel (macro, VBA), PowerPoint
Precise and meticulous way of working, dynamic and ability to work in a team
Language skills: French, English
