Description of the job

1. Provide assistance with Mitigation action management IT Tool deployment for Mitigation action management

·  Provide clear monitoring of action status on all Risks & Opportunities

·  Identify issues within IT Tool or its utilization

·  Participate to communication and users training on the tool

·  Reduce actions delays thanks to stakeholders interviews

2. Provide assistance with Methodology improvements (Single Point of Failure approach, Risk Evaluation, visual KPI …).

·  Benchmarking, fieldwork interviews

·  Synthesis, Minutes of Meeting, Implementation tests…

·  Risk & Opportunity registers improvements (Excel Macro, KPI…)

Required skills

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experiences:

·  Bac +4-5 such as INSA Toulouse (Master Gestion des Risques), KEDGE Bordeaux (Master Gestion des Risques) or other School with a specialization in Risk a/or IT

·  Knowledge in Risk Management and IT fields

·  Relational skills: Diplomacy (action relaunch)

·  IT skills : Excel + Macro

·  Ability to work with a new IT Tool

·  English read-written desired
