Description of the job

Two vacancies for Repair Technical Analysts (m/f) have arisen within ATR Toulouse.
The jobholder is responsible for the oversight, delivery and performance of:

You will be in charge of:

·  Maintaining a technical and economical database gathering experience required to support the GMA (Global Maintenance Agreement) repair costs monitoring activity
·  Providing the technical-economic data to support Commercial services during Services Sales campaigns (scope definition, cost bases, technical presentations, etc.) and other services during Components repair contracts
·  Providing relevant technical inputs to other functions to support the definition, specification and negotiation of ATR GMA offers including support to contract negotiation team for all technical aspects
·  Ensuring that proposed scopes are manageable in operations with all the departments

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:
1. Maintaining a technical and economical database gathering experience required to support the activity:

·  The database with MTBUR and repair prices shall be available and maintained up to date
·  The database shall be updated with up-to-date repair prices and all relevant technical data & exclusions
·  Those shall be enriched by in-service data coming from Customer order & repair administration department and data gathered from suppliers
·  The procedure describing how to update the database shall be available

2. Providing the technical-economic data to support commercial services during Services Sales campaigns (scope definition, cost bases, technical presentations, etc.) and other services during Components repair contracts:

·  Developing and optimising cost base models.
·  Developing KPI to monitor costs saving performance
·  Developing and maintaining technical presentations.
·  Developing and maintaining a warranty database for GMA components
·  Ensuring the sharing of the technical knowledge within the Materiel Support team and supporting Commercial Services team on technical requests regarding OSS definition
·  Securing GMA conditions for any new system/supplier selection in support of the programme

3. Providing relevant components repair technical inputs to other C functions to support the definition, specification and negotiation of ATR GMA offers including support to contract negotiation team on repair technical aspects and warranty negotiations:

·  Providing technical substantiations during warranties negotiations with OEMs or components repair providers
·  Supporting procurement and commercial teams during negotiations
·  Representing the Materiel Support team in the relevant MFT for all back-to-back contracts
·  Providing assistance to other departments to write offers and contracts and during negotiations on all the technical aspects. Being proactive to propose solutions for the technical points raised by the customers.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to an Engineering degree level

Non-engineers applications with experience will also be considered

·  Experience in component repair management
·  Knowledge of MS Office, SAP.
·  MIS experience would be a plus
·  Analytical skills (economic analysis)
