Description of the job

Management and implementation of specific initiatives to achieve the objectives of Company Quality Performance.

Profil recherché

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main activities will be:
1) Define methods for Non Conformance Costs (NCC) identification and attribution
2) Provide related reports to QI management in order to assign priorities for Non Conformities and related costs reduction
3) Provide visibility and possible improvements about Quality Improvement Plans progress status and NCC reduction trend versus the assigned objectives
4) Implementation and management of Customer satisfaction measurement and relevant initiatives.

Required skills

As the successful candidate, you should be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and experience:

You are Engineer or equivalent with at least 2 years within a Quality or Product Quality environment.

Team working attitude

SAP PGI, SAP PGW, SAP PAC, Microsoft Office, VBA or equivalent

English work proficient, Italian would be a plus.
