Description of the job
Within the Working Parties Preparation department, the successful candidate will report to Working Parties (Product and Services management) and will have as a mission to define the technical means to be implemented to ensure the aircraft working party. For this purpose, you will work in close collaboration with the production department but also with various ATR technical departments and the Spares department. You will also ensure the logistics follow-up of various components and participate in the on-site working party.
This position will require frequent business trips to on-site working parties (up to 9 consecutive weeks).

Tasks & accountabilities
Main activities:
Performing expertise missions on aircraft further to an incident in collaboration with ATR Engineering
Defining the kit list necessary for the execution of the working party or for technical assistance
Defining the needs in tooling
Drafting inspection files in accordance with PART 145 and being the privileged contact point of CAMO
Performing the logistics follow-up of working party needs (parts and tooling)
Monitoring the work being performed on the aircraft and keeping the Production Planning of the working party up-to-date in collaboration with the production team
Informing CAMO and/or the customer on the daily progress of the working party
Required skills
As the successful candidate, you should be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and experience:
You have BTS/IUT qualifications (2-year degree), with at least 5 years of experience in the preparation field within MRO Part 145.
You have the following skills/knowledge of:
· Aeronautical maintenance
· Maintenance documentation of the manufacturer
· EASA Part 145 regulation
· Budget management rules
Computer skills:
· Proficiency with MS Office
· Knowledge of planning software (MS Project/PS Next)
· Knowledge of VBA would be a plus
