Description of the job

Your main activity will be to lead the management and development of ATR’s corporate social media, digital channels and multimedia content, including:
• To define a strategy and an action plan to revamp and develop ATR’s corporate digital channels (website, digital magazines, intranet, etc.).
• To oversee the monitoring the Company’s web reputation, as well as visitor’s traffic, behavior and activity; to provide a monthly, detailed report to the Head of IC.
• To propose and develop innovative tools aimed to increase the company’s visibility and to spread our corporate messages and values, especially in the field of audiovisual.
• To propose and develop innovative web-based and digital communications tools, including apps development.
• To oversee the ATR’s corporate image bank (photos and videos) via the relevant platform(s).
• To supervise the creation of multimedia content, to feed ATR’s corporate digital platforms, social media and events, as well as to be used by third parties (ie. suppliers, clients and partners).
• To ensure brand and legal compliance on all digital, video / photographic productions, as well as on social media activities.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main missions will be:
• To coordinate the activities of a small team of specialists dedicated to ATR’s digital, multimedia and social media corporate communications and coordinate implementation with related agencies and suppliers.
• To lead and oversee the development of dedicated digital, social media and multimedia communications strategies and actions plan to boost ATR’s image and awareness, in line with the corporate communications campaign, messaging and strategy.
• To lead the design, implementation, development and monitoring of ATR’s corporate digital assets, for both external and internal audiences, including video and audiovisual production.
• To be a leader of the evolution of ATR’s existing digital channels (namely the intranet, the website and both internal and external digital magazines) and to propose new communication supports (ie. newsletter, newsroom, app, blog, etc.).
• To set-up the most efficient strategy and action plan to develop ATR’s presence on social media and to monitor ATR’s community activities.
• To lead and oversee the strategy around multimedia content and channels, to communicate Company’s values and create brand awareness and to make the best use of our multimedia assets, primarily on social media, digital platforms and during events.
• To coordinate your actions with all Communications and Corporate Branding (I) team members to offer the best support to corporate communications campaigns, actions and events on social media.
• To propose actions and tools to promote the Company’s appeal and image, both to internal and external audiences. More generally, communicate and safeguard the Company’s values and brand identity in all context.
• To stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• BA / BSC (Bachelor’s Degree) in Digital and Multimedia Communications / Community management
• Excellent knowledge of:
o Social media evolutions and environment.
o Audiovisual production tools and techniques.
o Digital trends and environment.
o Multimedia and design trends.
• Creative, bold and thorough minded.
• Constant seek for high-end quality production.
• Excellent team animation and activity management skills.
• Excellent relational skills, team spirit and open-minded approach.
• Excellent project and deadline management skills.
• Autonomy and rigor in the organization of work.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, good knowledge of French.
• Microsoft and IOS environments.
