Description of the job

A fixed-term contract from 1st March 2018 to the 31st December 2018 for a Lawyer Specialised in Data Protection (m/f) has arisen within ATR in Toulouse.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Compliance - RGPD regulations
·  Assessing the control of IT risks and the compliance of information systems with applicable regulatory requirements
·  Giving advice to various skills managers and project teams on IT security measures and providing them with assistance for risk analyses
·  Maintaining and completing the treatment register and ensuring its quality
·  Participating in the definition of policies, procedures, methods and tools for the management and monitoring of compliance with data protection requirements
·  Answering to customer compliance questionnaires and analysing the answers of our subcontractors
·  Carrying out audits, drafting reports (observations, remedial proposals) and following up action plans
·  Facilitating the appropriation of results and disseminating good practices
·  Ensuring regulatory monitoring on data protection
·  Implementing a network so that risks can be escalated

Required skills

As the successful candidate, you should be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to a 4/5-year degree level
·  3 to 5 years of experience
·  Advanced level of English and French required.
