Description of the job

Tasks & accountabilities

-Carry out 5S actions on all assembly line stations (identification of problems, definitions and deployment of improvement actions, etc.).
-Participate in the deployment of Lean principles on the FAL
-Realize continuous improvement actions reported by the operators (via the Continuous Improvement tool and Kaizen meetings).
-Review the ground markings in FAL
o Study of the equipments of tooling by post
o Creation of standard allocations according to operations
o Distribution of tools by post
-Set up a display and marking on the ground in FAL following developments of posts
-Rationalize kanbans in FAL A North
·  5S furniture post following its destruction

Required skills

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experiences:

·  Educated to Master 2 minimum (or equivalent) in Master II in General Engineering oriented project management, logistics

·  Good knowledges of the production environment and logistic flows. Project management skills

·  Good adaptation skills, Strong ability in Team working.

·  Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

·  Fluent in French
