Description of the job

·  Within the HR Department of ATR and more specifically within the Centre of Competence REWARD (in charge of Compensation & Benefits, HR Administration, HR Data Management & Analysis, International Mobility and Travel Management) the job holder will be in charge of:
·  Operational management of some HR Administration topics (eg. Newcomers integration and work medals)

Profil recherché

Tasks & accountabilities

·  The HR Administrative Integration of Newcomers
·  Focal point for externalized Work Medal Management
·  Organisation of the annual work medal ceremony
·  Treatment of individual HR Administration Requests of employees
·  Support and participation to the different missions of the centre of competence REWARD
·  Write & Deploy REWARD standard processes linked to HR Administration
·  Communication to employees linked to HR Administration

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

·  Appreticeship Bac + 2/3 human resources
·  General knowledge about standard HR processes,
·  HR Data understanding/knowledge (payroll, time)
·  Language skills: English (advanced), French (fluent)
·  IT skills (MS office pack, SAP)
·  Soft skills: customer mindset, rigorous, autonomous, willing to take improvement initiatives, solution driven, reliable, team player, communication skills
