Description of the job

- Management of ATR Maintenance & Support Agreements

Tasks & accountabilities

- Responsible of overall customer satisfaction, operational aspects & financial profitability of GMA Contracts (PbH solutions)
- Management of commercial aspects (regularizations, exclusions, discrepancies)
o Contractual regularizations in the frame of customer operations & contractual clauses
o Discrepancies follow up & closing
o SAP contracts creation/update according to contract
o Invoicing management
- Customer satisfaction management
o Manage support/communication with GMA customers
- ATR Internal teams coordination
o To ensure a smooth and efficient contract set up & EIS (Enter Into Service)
o Coordinate and follow internal actions plan to ensure customer satisfaction according to GMA contracts commitments and/or customers’ requests/claims,
o Follow main indicators and drive actions for improvement related to other team performance (service level, parts shortage, financial topics…)
- Customer visits
o Regularly visit to perform contract reviews and ensure customer satisfaction (including ATR performance, financial aspects & technical topics)

Required skills

- Degree: Master degree level (commercial/aeronautics)

- Skills:
o Very good level and knowledge of MS Excel
o Good level and knowledge of MS Word & Powerpoint
o Knowledge of A/C maintenance & support activities
o Financial and economics basics
o Good experience on SAP
o Excellent customer relationship
o High English level
