Description of the job
You will be in charge of ensuring the technical delivery within deadlines and quality for all delivery phases of new ATR aircraft.
You will be based in Toulouse.

Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks will include:
· Implementing the delivery process of new aircraft, ensuring the technical presentation, taking into account customer feedback in order to satisfy final customers and authorities, proposing actions to conciliate ATR and customer positions, while conserving ATR interests.
· Working in synergy with other departments involved in the delivery, ensuring a technical liaison with these ATR representatives (contracts, industry, studies, ATR external communication, etc.)
· Organising and following up customer visits to the FAL and delivery and production sites or painting workshops in the context of stand-by activities.
Required skills
As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and experience:
· Educated to 4/5-year degree level
· At least 3 years of experience within this field
· Experience in customer relations
· Good general knowledge of ATR products
· Knowledge of the ATR Structure Quality field
· Proficiency in SAP, and MS Office
· Ability to manage customer requests
· Ability to organise and manage the different phases of the delivery programme in accordance with the other departments involved
· Ability to steer meetings with customers and other ATR departments
· Listening skills
· Good interpersonal skills
· Diplomacy
· Being a driving force for proposals
· French & English: negotiation level
