Description of the job

A vacancy for a Controller - Improvement Plans & Procurement (m/f) has arisen within ATR in Toulouse. You will report to the Head of Control for Improvement Plans & Procurement.

You will be responsible for:

·  Assisting with the economic and financial steering of improvement projects (Business Improvement Plans)
·  Participating in the economic consulting mission aimed at improving performance through transverse BIP and Procurement projects; ensuring adherence to economic and activity objectives and suggesting appropriate corrective actions.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

·  In collaboration with the head of department, following up targets with the BIP teams (core team & project managers): consulting and alerting role with respect to meeting objectives
·  Actively participating in the production of dashboards, reports or other specific analysis providing decision-making assistance both for BIP projects and the Procurement Division
·  Participating in consolidation of the BIP forecasts and projections of purchasing prices for aircraft components and spares as well as for any indirect service that supports all the functions within the company.

Required skills

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to a 5-year degree level, specialising in Economics or Engineering with Economics (or equivalent)
·  At least 3 years of experience in controlling
·  Proficient in management control and good knowledge of financial and economic mechanisms
·  Knowledge of the aircraft industry would be a plus
·  Proficient in MS Office, SAP (FI, CO, MM) & TM1
·  Ability to communicate effectively with the Control team, the BIP team, the Procurement team and more broadly with the operations teams
·  Independent and accurate way of working
·  French & English: negotiation level
