Description of the job

Based on guidelines defined by ATR management, you will coordinate all actions required for aircraft Configuration management, from the customer contract analysis phase to the file release phase up to aircraft delivery.

You will be based in Toulouse.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main activities will include:

·  Analysing aircraft contracts (technical specifications and options) and organising the definition launch meetings
·  Coordinating and managing the modification instruction dossiers from request to implementation, in accordance with procedures
·  Ensuring that modification dossiers are in perfect order
·  Organising progress meetings and leading the implementation deadlines for modifications
·  You will present and support subjects in decision commission
·  Proposing improvements to various processes
·  Looking after the training and support of IT tool specialists
·  Managing IT tools used for the instruction of modification dossiers
·  Ensuring the follow-up of actions through the implementation of indicators
·  Interfacing with all services within ATR, Engineering, Quality, Production, Support and Commercial, partners
·  Supporting the service manager by participating in internal and external audits

Required skills

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to a 5-year degree
·  Experience in the domain of configuration management or quality
·  Knowledge of aeronautical and aircraft systems, documentation (IPC, GDN, COPEDOC), and configuration management tools (ECDB, SAP)
·  Knowledge of IT tools
·  Good interpersonal skills
·  Ability to lead meetings
·  You have the ability to highlight subjects and follow them up
·  French & English: negotiation level
