Description of the job

You will be in charge of the overall support to the Business Performance Programme.
You will be based in Toulouse.

Please note that this contract is a 1-year fixed-term contract.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks are the following ones:

·  Supporting the overall management and monitoring of performance improvement initiatives and projects/processes (progress, status updates, implementation, expected benefits, savings/growth tracking, etc.);
·  Managing certain initiatives (projects or processes)/acting as project leader; including organising workshops, conducting analyses, writing reports and presentations;
·  Coordinating the preparation for BIP steering meetings (BIP Decision Committee); including planning, writing supporting material, validation by stakeholders and writing of the MoM;
·  Conducting business case analyses; including NPV, cash flow impact, etc.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to a 5-year degree specialising in business or Industrial engineering with a focus on business
·  At least 3 years of experience in Business/Management
·  Experience within the aerospace industry and/or as a consultant would be a plus
·  Experience leading workshops,
·  Knowledge of PMO activities
·  Proficiency in MS Office
·  Strong communication skills
·  Strong analytical skills
·  English & French: fluent.
