Description of the job

The VIE holder will work in the AAS team on the IT activities:
* AAS IT network and equipments management
* AAS IT network architecture maintenance and upgrades
* AAS Users' Support

Profil recherché

Tasks & accountabilities

In the scope of AAS IT functions, the VIE holder will:

·  Ensure performance and reliability of AAS IT network

o By performing an assessment of AAS IT Network and Servers architecture
o By setting up Servers and Network equipments
o By Defining and scheduling upgrades
o By ensuring compatibility of AAS IT equipments, AAS users equipments, Network an servers equipments with ATR HQ standards

·  Define AAS IT equipments development and replacement plan/policy for the next 5 to 10 years

o By doing the inventory and identification of all IT equipments
o By scheduling users equipments replacement
o By scheduling Network equipments replacement
o By defining stocks required for new users and failed equipments replacement

·  Establish and update documentation (Schematics, inventory, mapping for example)

o For IT equipment pool
o For IT network,
o For Servers
o For telecommunication connexions

·  Monitor and Control AAS IT subcontractor activities

o By defining priorities
o By ensuring the follow up of the subcontracted activities
o By ensuring alignment of the processes with ATR HQ processes

·  Organize and optimize the IT room

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

The VIE holder should have either:

·  a Cisco CCNA certification or equivalent
·  and an IT / telecommunication Engineering School diploma

or a University diploma in IT (network maintenance and network architecture)

The VIE holder should have skills in:
* IT Network architecture set up
* IT Network maintenance
* Excel and Microsoft suite

She/he should:
